A total of 119 kids from 49 families will be celebrating Christmas a bit differently thanks to all of the donations of time and money put towards the Annual Holiday Fund drive. Thanks to BBFA members, administration, staff, and community members, BBCSD was able to raise approximately $9000 for gifts including clothing, toys, books and gift cards! Seven volunteer elves spent a full day shopping at Walmart for 85 students and many more volunteers gave up their time to wrap gifts. Of the 119 kids, 34 were “adopted” by outside families or organizations. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped bring this community a happier holiday.
