Please join us in welcoming new Jr./Sr. High School Secretary Amanda Knauss. Mrs. Knauss is a Byron-Bergen alum and is excited to grow a career in her hometown. In her new role, she will be responsible for attendance, answering phones, and assisting students and staff.
Prior to Byron-Bergen, Mrs. Knauss worked for Rochester Regional Health as a Medical Assistant where her responsibilities included taking labs, EKGs, throat cultures, vitals and preparing patients for their doctor. She spent almost 10 years at Batavia Ophthalmology where she worked her way up from front desk to Lead Receptionist and Surgery Scheduler. Mrs. Knauss is also a licensed cosmetologist.
Outside of work, Mrs. Knauss enjoys being outside with her family, kayaking, hiking, and relaxing poolside. She lives with her husband of 14 years and their three children, all avid Buffalo Bills fans.
