Calling all student stylists to join the Glam Squad!
It’s time for Beehive Bootcamp! Luke Farner, owner of L Salon in Bergen is training student volunteers in grades 6 through 12 on the foundations of hair and makeup to bring the HAIR to the cast of Hairspray.
During these workshops, student stylists will learn the skills to bring the characters of Hairspray to life with authentic, gravity-defying beehives, bouffants, and pompadours. Glam Squad stylists will provide hair and makeup support to the 40 members of the cast and walk away with the skills to create endless hair styles, use wigs and hairpieces, and design dynamic makeup looks.
