On Friday, March 28, the Bees took center stage in the second Annual Spring Talent Show. This event provides an opportunity for students to celebrate skills which may fall outside of the general school curriculum such as dancing, juggling, or martial arts. The evening was emceed by B-B seniors Roman Smith and Jade Wolff and acts were scored by an esteemed panel of judges: Sandy Auer, Ken Gropp, and Laurie Penepent.
Highlights of the evening included music, athleticism, and comedy. In the end, the judges awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes in the Junior High School category to Charlie Bloom and Emilee Binder for their vocal and piano interpretation of “My Friends” by Dresden Dolls, Evan Coolidge for karate, and Aleah Olander for her dance to “Red” from Descendants 4: The Rise of Red respectively.
In the Senior High category, third place was awarded to Jeremiah Romero for a ripstick variety show, second place to Arianne McLaughlin who sang Nothing’s New by R. Romero, and first place was awarded to Eala Coniglio for an outstanding piano performance of “Le Salonde Musique” by J. Rivers.
