Instructional packet distribution

Over the past few days our teachers and staff have been working diligently to develop Instructional packets for our students in order to provide a continuity of instruction. The goal of these packets is to provide materials in which students can review previous instruction.

I am happy to say they are complete and ready for pick up and/or delivery.

Parents and families will have two options when it comes to getting these packets for your students.

  • 1.       Parents can pick up the packets on Thursday, March 19 from 12 noon to 6:00 PM in the bus loop of their child’s school. All you’ll need to do is pull up and someone will come out to meet you with the packets. There will be no need to get out of your vehicle.
  • 2.       On Friday, March 20 the District will deliver all remaining packets to student’s homes using our normal bus routes. This delivery will take place approximately between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Please have your child do the best they can with these packets. Teachers are still available via email to answer any questions you may have.  We appreciate all your support and flexibility and, as always, we will continue to do our best to communicate and share any updates with you.

Thank you,

Mickey Edwards
