It’s that time of year, again! Time for junior and senior
high school students to show their school spirit.
As always, the classes will compete to prove that their
Byron-Bergen pride shines brightest. Points are tallied for spirit week dress
up days, hall decorating, and pep rally events. The scoreboard on the Student
Council bulletin board by the library will be updated daily.
Points are awarded for every student who participates in a
dress up theme day. Each class’ English teacher will count participating
students.
The dress up days schedule is as follows:
Monday: Dress- Up Day (school
picture day)
Tuesday: Tie Dye/Hippie /Decade Day
Wednesday: Dynamic Duo Day
Thursday: Dress Like a Teacher
Day
Friday: BB Pride Day (BB
attire)
Hall decorating takes place after school and during study
hall beginning Monday. Only the school colors, burgundy and gray, and black and
white are permitted. Mrs. McJury and Mrs. Penna will judge the completed
hallways on Friday morning.
Friday’s pep rally will include performances by the school
band and the Singing Silhouettes. Classes can earn points for winning group
games including Hungry Hippos and the traditional Tug-o-War.
Let the games begin!
