Byron Bergen Central School District has partnered with the Children’s Institute to conduct a needs assessment to help us with planning a comprehensive, district-wide approach to supporting the whole student. We are gathering information from a wide variety of district and building-level school staff, students, and families to be sure we fully understand our needs, goals, strategies and areas where we can improve what we are doing. Children’s Institute has already conducted a large number of interviews and focus groups and now we are asking family members to complete a survey.
The survey is optional, but we hope you will complete it. Your honest input is essential to ensuring that we can collectively develop a plan that meets the needs of staff, families, and students. The survey should take you about 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. No one at the school or district will know your specific answers. Once you have finished the survey, please click the submit button. Children’s Institute will analyze the survey results and combine them with interview and focus group findings to share overall themes and ideas with district staff.
